Terms & Conditions For Listing at Malaysia Central

Sites or business should be Malaysian, Malaysia-related and must fit in a related and available category.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any submission.

Accepted listing may be edited to conform to our format and/or re-assigned to a more relevant or better suited category at our discretion.

If your paid listing is declined, your payment will be refunded or reversed through the payment processor less any third-party processing fee incurred. If you are unsure about the qualification of your site or business, please inquire before proceeding with payment.

Successful paid listings are non-refundable should you choose to remove, suspend or downgrade at any time.

The latest rates quoted supercede all previously published rates and no adjustment, refund or credit will be given for variations to previously paid amount.

Renewal of paid listings is mutually non-obligatory and if you choose to extend or upgrade your paid listing, it shall be based on the prevailing published rates at the time of renewal.

You may make limited and reasonable amendments to your listing (provided it is within the scope of the business originally stated during sign-up). Changes are also allowed for free listings but it shall be at our discretion and will follow the normal queuing process.

This is a fixed rate display listing and carries no clickthrough, page impressions, sales or revenue promise. No reporting or statistics is provided.

Listings are sorted in alphabetical order according to the company name or site name as determined by us.

Inclusion on internal and external search results is subject to indexing by third party search providers for which we have no control or influence. It may take anytime from a week to longer.

Due to the very nominal rate charged and the dynamic nature of the web, we cannot understandably make any guaranteed or specific uptime. However, we will extend your paid listing period for the equivalent (down) time in the rare event of any server outrage exceeding 24 hours.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any paid listing without any notification, compensation or refund, should your website be unavailable for extended period, its content is no longer related to the original description provided, is deceptively re-directed or contravenes any existing or future Malaysian laws.

Free listings may be re-categorised, rotated or removed at any time without explaination or notice.
