Directions: From Stadium Negara, turn left opposite the MABA Basketball Stadium. Drive up a short slope to get to Chinwoo Stadium.
Info / Insights: The historic Chin Woo Stadium remains perched on the hill since its opening on 1953. Older residents of KL will remember the many sporting and entertainment events held at the venue with the giant Green Spot sign on the roof. One such event was the aborted Giant Disco of the late 70's. Operated by the Chinwoo Athletic Association Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, the stadium was the first sports facility in the country with an Olympic-sized swimming pool.
